Málaga Center does not have its own web form that stores data on a server: contact is made directly via WhatsApp, email or phone, handled by our own team. Any personal data you provide (name, email, phone number, stay dates) is used exclusively to:
The legal basis for processing your data is the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship (managing your enquiry or booking) and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations relating to tourist accommodation (guest registration).
If you book through Airbnb or Booking.com, those platforms act as independent data controllers in accordance with their own privacy policies. Málaga Center only accesses the data necessary to manage your stay. We may also share data with the relevant authorities when public security regulations require it.
We keep your contact details for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or manage your stay, and afterwards for the periods required by applicable tax and public security regulations.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@malagacenter.es. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.
This website uses Google Fonts (typefaces) and Google Maps (location map) via a direct connection to Google's servers, which may involve transferring your IP address to Google. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for more information.
